Concentration and measurement calculator
Check arithmetic for values supplied by an authoritative product label, registered study protocol, pharmacist, or qualified clinician. This tool does not generate or recommend a dose.
Enter only a concentration and target supplied by an authoritative product label, a registered study protocol, or a qualified clinician. A correct conversion does not establish that a substance, vial, route, or dose is safe or effective.

How the numbers are worked out
The calculator uses the standard U-100 insulin-syringe relationship, where 1 unit = 0.01 mL:
- Concentration (mg/mL) = peptide in vial ÷ water added.
- Per unit = concentration × 10 (the mcg in each 0.01 mL unit).
- Volume per dose (mL) = target dose ÷ concentration.
- Draw (units) = volume × 100.
It also shows the nearest marked graduation and the mathematical difference from the entered target. This is arithmetic only; it does not validate the product, inputs, route, sterility, safety, efficacy, or clinical appropriateness.
