Human evidence is one small uncontrolled report

A Russian-language study reported before-and-after changes in penile arterial blood flow in 41 older patients with vasculogenic erectile dysfunction after Vezugen monotherapy.[1] The abstract does not describe randomization, blinding, or a placebo control. Cell studies of proliferation and vascular markers are mechanistic only.[2] This evidence does not establish treatment of erectile dysfunction, atherosclerosis, circulation, blood pressure, or vascular aging.

Safety is not established

No comprehensive human adverse-event, cardiovascular-event, interaction, anticoagulant, pregnancy, cancer, or long-term safety program exists. Increasing a proliferation marker in a cell culture is not automatically beneficial.

Regulatory status

Vesugen is unapproved in the United States. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or premarket-verified for safety, effectiveness, or quality.[3] Teloryx publishes no dose or preparation protocol.
