How it works
Kisspeptins are peptides produced from the KISS1 gene that activate the KISS1 receptor upstream of gonadotropin-releasing hormone. Kisspeptin-54 and kisspeptin-10 are distinct research forms; findings about one formulation and study design cannot automatically be assigned to an online vial of the other.
Benefits & side effects
In a 53-participant clinical study, kisspeptin-54 triggered egg maturation during IVF.[1] A later phase 2 open-label randomized dose-finding study in 60 women at high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome reported oocyte maturation and no moderate, severe, or critical OHSS in that study.[2]
These are promising specialist fertility findings, not proof of general fertility enhancement, testosterone optimization, libido treatment, anti-aging effects, or safe unsupervised use. They were conducted within tightly monitored IVF protocols and do not create a consumer dose.
