How it works

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a nucleotide-derived cellular coenzyme, not a peptide. It participates in redox reactions and enzyme signaling. Essential biology does not by itself show that intravenous NAD+ improves energy, cognition, addiction, longevity, recovery, or wellness.

Benefits & side effects

A 2019 pilot followed the NAD+ metabolome during a six-hour intravenous infusion; it was designed around metabolism and tolerability, not controlled proof of clinical benefit.[1] A 2026 retrospective real-world pilot compared infusion tolerability rather than establishing efficacy.[2] Human studies of oral precursors such as nicotinamide riboside or nicotinamide mononucleotide test different substances and routes and cannot validate IV NAD+ clinic claims.

Arithmetic only — not a dose recommendation

Enter only a concentration and target supplied by an authoritative product label, a registered study protocol, or a qualified clinician. A correct conversion does not establish that a substance, vial, route, or dose is safe or effective.
