Neuroxelin is not one chemical entity or approved medicine. Sellers commonly describe a mixture of PE-22-28, Pinealon/EDR, N-acetyl Semax, and N-acetyl Selank, but the name is not a recognized standard and formulations may vary.
Benefits & side effects
PE-22-28 evidence is limited to cells and rodents.[1] Semax and Selank have limited, regionally concentrated human literature, while the N-acetyl variants and Pinealon have separate and weaker evidence. No study has tested the four ingredients together, demonstrated synergy, or established effects on depression, anxiety, memory, cognition, stroke recovery, or neuroprotection.
