Evidence is limited to laboratory models

Published studies exposed rat myocardial tissue cultures to Cardiogen and measured tissue growth or protein-expression changes.[1][2] These are cell and tissue observations, not human trials of heart function, symptoms, cardiovascular events, or survival. Lower p53 expression or greater culture proliferation cannot automatically be labeled beneficial.

Safety is unknown

There is no human pharmacokinetic program, adverse-reaction table, validated dose, interaction assessment, pregnancy evidence, or long-term cancer and cardiovascular safety study. Absence of reported harm in cell experiments is not evidence of safety.

Regulatory status

Cardiogen is unapproved in the United States. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or premarket-verified for safety, effectiveness, or quality.[3] Teloryx does not publish a Cardiogen dose or preparation protocol.
